4Supplier is an app for suppliers who deliver

The usual businesses are bottled-water suppliers, milk sellers, gas-cylinder dealers and food businesses that run their own deliveries. You add your own products, sizes and prices, so the same account can cover more than one of those.

Three kinds of people can sign in. The supplier runs the account. A delivery person sees only the orders assigned to them. A customer can be invited to look at their own orders, and they do not have to. You can run the whole round from the supplier account.

Each customer has a profile with contact details, delivery addresses, order history, unpaid balance and any security deposit. Orders are either one-time or recurring. A recurring order is set up once, for example milk every morning, and the app creates each order on that schedule. Recurring orders can be paused or cancelled when someone is away.

You assign an order to a driver and you can change the driver later. The wallet records income, expenses, customer payments, deposits and the cash a driver collected and handed over. A customer's unpaid balance goes down when you record a payment.

4Supplier records payments, including cash you have already received. It does not process card or bank payments, and it does not take UPI itself. It does not plan routes, track drivers by GPS, or generate GST invoices.
