Water

Run a bottle round without a second notebook

A water supplier's week is mostly the same doors, plus the refill someone asks for today. 4Supplier keeps the standing round and the one-time order on one list, with the deposit and the balance on the customer.

Standing deliveries and today's extra

Set the recurring order once: the customer, the bottle or jar you sell, the quantity and the days. The app creates each order from that schedule. When someone wants an extra bottle, you add a one-time order to the same list instead of keeping it in a chat.

The homepage screenshots show the supplier list, the order filters and the driver view. Those are the screens a water round uses. There is no separate water edition.

Deposits and empties as a customer record

The customer profile holds the security deposit beside order history and unpaid balance. That is the record of money taken against bottles or dispensers. The app does not scan empties and it does not tell you which street to drive first.

Pricing a delivered bottle, including fuel, losses and unpaid bills, is covered in the water guides. The numbers in those guides are worked examples, not a price list for your city.

Drivers and the money they bring back

Assign each stop to a driver. They see their own pending and completed deliveries. You record payments against the customer, and you record the cash the driver hands over. Card and bank payments are not processed in the app.

Questions

Can I mix weekly bottle customers with one-off refills?

Yes. Recurring orders are generated from the schedule. One-time orders are added to the same list and can be told apart from the recurring ones.

Does the app track empty bottles by GPS or barcode?

No. Deposits and order history sit on the customer profile. There is no barcode scan and no GPS trail.

Where do I read about starting a water business?

The general guide covers the operating routine. The Pakistan guide covers PSQCA, provincial food authorities and rider cash. Both are linked on this page. They are not a substitute for local legal advice.
