Delivery software for suppliers in Pakistan

Many small suppliers in Pakistan take the next day's orders on WhatsApp, keep standing customers in a notebook, and settle cash with riders in the evening. 4Supplier is the app Nsians is building for that shape of work.

WhatsApp orders and the standing round

A household that takes two 19-litre bottles a week is a recurring delivery. The extra bottle someone messages about tonight is a one-time order. If the message stays in the chat, it is easy to miss it the next morning. The app keeps both on one list: the recurring orders are generated from the schedule, and you add the one-time order when the message arrives.

This is an operations page, not a licence to trade. Rules for bottled water, including PSQCA and the provincial food authorities, change and differ by province. Those checks are written up in the Pakistan water guide, which is linked below. Confirm them with the authorities before you start.

Deposits, riders and cash

Customer profiles store the delivery address, order history, unpaid balance and security deposit. That deposit field is how a supplier records the money taken against bottles or cylinders, against the customer, when it is taken.

Each rider has a login and sees only their own deliveries. You assign or reassign from your phone. The wallet records the cash a rider collected and the cash they handed over, and the customer's balance drops when you record their payment. The app does not process cards or bank transfers. It writes down payments you have already received.

Water, milk and gas on one account

You name the products and the prices. A water supplier, a milk round and a cylinder refill can share the account because they are products you add, not separate editions of the app. Currency is a setting on the supplier account. The Pakistan guide discusses pricing a delivered 19-litre bottle in rupees as a method, not as a market rate.

  • Recurring orders for the fixed round, paused when a customer is away
  • One-time orders added the moment they come in
  • A product list you control, including sizes and prices
  • No route planning and no live GPS tracking of riders

Questions

Does 4Supplier file taxes or replace a PSQCA licence?

No. It does not generate tax invoices, and it does not submit anything to PSQCA or a food authority. Licensing is outside the app. Read the Pakistan water guide and confirm the current rules yourself.

Can riders record the cash they collect?

The supplier records payments and the cash each rider collected and handed over. The app does not move that money. It is a book, not a payment processor.

Is the app on Google Play in Pakistan?

It is not on Google Play or the App Store in any country yet. Email info@nsians.com and Nsians will say when the listings exist.
