Delivery software for water, milk and gas suppliers in India
A morning milk round, a weekday water-can round and a cylinder refill when a restaurant calls are three schedules in one small business. 4Supplier is built so those orders share one customer list instead of a register plus a phone full of chats.
Three rounds, one customer list
You add the products yourself. A milk packet, a water jar and a cylinder refill are examples of products with their own prices, not fixed catalogues inside the app. A customer who takes milk every day and a jar on Monday and Thursday has two recurring orders. The cylinder they ask for tonight is a one-time order on the same list, marked so you can tell it from the standing ones.
The India article on this site is the long version, including how to choose any delivery app and an illustrative day that is not a real customer. This page is only the product, and only the parts that exist today.
Credit and the cash coming back at night
Unpaid balance sits on the customer profile and falls when you record a payment. The wallet also stores income, expenses, deposits and the amount each delivery person collected and handed over. You can record that a customer paid cash or by UPI. The app does not process UPI, cards or bank transfers.
Each delivery person signs in and sees only their assigned orders. You can reassign an order from your phone. There is no GPS trail and no route optimiser.
Limits that matter in India
4Supplier does not generate GST invoices. If you need those, this app will not produce them. It also does not claim a language pack; the interface is the one shown in the screenshots on the homepage. The India guide notes that the app supports rupees.
Nothing on this page is a count of suppliers, cities or revenue. Those figures are not published because we do not have them.
Questions
Does 4Supplier create GST invoices?
No. It does not generate GST invoices. Check that requirement separately if your business needs it.
Can customers pay by UPI inside the app?
You can record that a UPI or cash payment was received. The app does not process UPI itself.
Can one account cover milk, water and cylinders?
Yes. You add each product, size and price. Recurring and one-time orders from that list sit together.
Is there an India office listed here?
No. Nsians publishes info@nsians.com on this site, not a street address or a local phone number.
