Cylinder refills, on a schedule or when someone calls
Gas is often the opposite of a milk round: fewer drops, a deposit on the cylinder, and an order that arrives by phone. 4Supplier stores that order next to any standing delivery the same customer already has.
Your cylinders, not a fixed catalogue
Add the refill you actually sell, with the size name you use and the price you charge. The India guide uses a 14.2 kg refill as an example of a product a supplier might add. It is an example, not a limit. A different size is just another product.
If a restaurant takes a refill every month, that can be a recurring order. If they only call when they are empty, it is a one-time order. Both land on the order list.
Deposits stay with the customer
The security deposit field is on the customer profile, with their addresses and unpaid balance. Record the deposit when you take it. The app does not hold the money and it does not know where the physical cylinder is.
The driver and the payment
Assign the refill to a driver. They see that delivery, not anyone else's. When the customer pays, you record it. Cash handed over at the end of the day is a wallet entry. There is no card checkout and no GPS breadcrumb of the trip.
If you also need GST invoices, 4Supplier will not generate them. That limit is the same one stated on the India page.
Questions
Can I schedule some customers and take phone orders for others?
Yes. Recurring orders follow the schedule you set. A phone order is a one-time order on the same list.
Does the app track which cylinder is at which address?
It stores the customer, the deposit, and the orders. It does not track individual cylinders by serial number or GPS.
Will it produce a tax invoice for a refill?
No. 4Supplier does not generate GST or other tax invoices.
