Milk
A morning milk round that is already written down
Milk is the delivery you should not have to type again every dawn. 4Supplier stores the standing order and builds each day's order from it, then lets you pause it when a household is away.
Set the daily order once
Pick the customer, the milk product you created, the quantity and the schedule. The app creates the order on that schedule. You are not re-entering the same line from a register each morning.
A change of quantity is an edit to that order, not a new notebook page. When the customer is travelling, pause the recurring delivery instead of deleting it, so it is still there when they come back. That pause is part of the product, described in the India guide.
The extra packet is still the same list
Someone who wants a second packet today is a one-time order. It joins the morning list with the standing orders. Filters cover all, unassigned, pending and completed, so the extra does not depend on someone remembering a phone call.
You set the packet size and the price. The app does not ship with a dairy catalogue.
Who pays, and when you write it down
Some customers pay at the door and some settle later. Either way you record the payment against the customer, and the unpaid balance moves. The app does not collect the money. At the end of the round, the cash a driver recorded and the cash they hand you are both entries you can compare.
Questions
Can the round skip a customer for a week?
Yes. Pause the recurring delivery instead of deleting it. Resume it when the customer wants milk again.
What if I also deliver water or cylinders?
Add those as products on the same account. A customer can have a daily milk order and a separate recurring or one-time order for something else.
Does this page promise a number of customers or a milk price?
No. It describes the app. It does not quote a market price or a customer count.
